About R&A

Raven's Insight & Anvil's Strength -
Leading the Way & Forging Resilient Solutions

Raven & Anvil LLC (R&A) exists to provide solutions and support to veterans and first responders who are seeking greater insight and strength into their personal lives, careers and community.

R&A was founded in 2022 by Schuyller (“Ski”) and Savanna Nagorski, who were both working in the Fire Service at the time —Ski as a Firefighter and Savanna as a GIS Analyst. Geographic Information System (GIS) Consulting was the inaugural service offered by R&A.

In 2024, the Nagorkis moved to Texas to become a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), and to offer GIS services to public safety agencies nationwide. The foundation of Raven & Anvil LLC is built and we are excited to fulfill our mission of supporting those who serve.

SCHUYLLER “SKI” NAGORSKI

PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR &
CO-OWNER

Currently enroute to becoming a LCSW attending the University of Texas Arlington, Ski has been a public servant - as both a SOF tactical paramedic, and civilian firefighter - for over a decade. Once a ‘Firefighter of the Year’ & ‘Outstanding Lateral Awardee’ at his previous fire departments; and an Honor Graduate of both the 75th Ranger Regiment’s selection course and Ranger School—respectively, the US military’s elite light infantry unit, and premiere leadership course.

Having served his Brothers and Country with distinction, he intimately grasps what leadership acts like, and those four timeless character traits have always involved: tactical competence, rejecting personal complacency, sincere empathy, and welcoming any personal risk to tangibly care for those in your charge.
